Self-funded, small, and more interested in unfamiliar codebases than is entirely normal. Every page on this site was written by the people who would do the work, which is also why none of them promises a track record we do not have.
How we work
What we actually believe
- Nobody should replatform alone
- The new stack is the easy half. The hard half is being the only person who knows what the old one does, with nobody to check your reasoning.
- Comprehension first, generation second
- We never ask a model to "convert this file". We recover the rules, write them down, and build against them.
- Prove it did not change
- Characterisation tests before a line moves, response diffing after. Verification is the product.
- Honest about what we have done
- Our deepest delivery experience is ColdFusion. The method carries across languages; we will not pretend the track record does.
