One hundred per cent bootstrapped, and unreasonably interested in code other people have given up on. We exist because replatforming a system nobody understands is an unfair thing to ask one engineer to do alone.

What we actually believe
- Nobody should replatform alone
- The hardest part is not the new stack. It is being the only person who knows what the old one does, with no one to check your reasoning.
- Comprehension first, generation second
- We never ask a model to "convert this file". We recover the rules, write them down, and build against them.
- Prove it did not change
- Characterisation tests before a line moves, response diffing after. Verification is the product.
- Honest about what we have done
- Our deepest delivery experience is ColdFusion. The method carries across languages; we will not pretend the track record does.
